DocFona is a direct personal financing brand operated by Sixteen Reconciliation Assets LLC. We review and handle applications directly. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a particular amount, a particular rate, or access to financing. Any offer or agreement is governed by its own disclosures and terms.
You authorize us to collect, review, verify, and use the information you provide for application assessment, fraud prevention, account administration, and customer support. We may request additional information when needed. An agreement becomes effective only when the required agreement is accepted and signed.
3. Electronic records and text messages
You may consent to electronic records and notices where offered. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us, but withdrawal may affect our ability to continue providing the online service.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or access to financing. Any amount, rate, fee, repayment schedule, and other terms are based on your application, applicable law, and the terms we provide. Not every applicant qualifies, and availability may vary by state.
Review all disclosures carefully before accepting an agreement. References to timing are estimates, not promises. Only request an amount you can comfortably repay.
